its a thread flooded with 2009- 2010 0213's. I guess there are more 0213's files in VO's hands than any other professionals and this has created the delay for 0213's. Canada just cant afford to accommodate so many IT professionals in a span of few months. lets see.

does any of the 0213's see any light of MR in the year 2011? if yes, why, if NO, why?

Still waiting for medical while my ecas is In Process with inside detail " We started processing on 30th May 2011. :(

Thanks for your response, the problem is the original transcripts are already with CHC-islamabad since it was a requirement for spousal sponsorship now what to do. I can provide only old notarized copies and write a note that originals are sitting at CHC-ISB on a spousal sponsorship application,
In that case you have dont have to provide Notarized copies. If you have some copies verified by Notary public before you sent the originals then its OK otherwise there will be big a question that how you got the copies notarized if the originals are with CHC?

not sure how that will work and my spouse has passed one of the three licensing exam but two are required to start working in occupation, second one can only be written while being in Canada.
Its better to call him/her on visit visa to clear all the licencing exams and get a job offer and work permit. Work permit is the fastest way to bring him/her to Canada. It is very easy for high demand Medical professions to get work permit after licencing exams. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp

when did you recieved your 2nd AOR???????

Dont worry inshallah you will get your medicals in next 3 to 4 months. For pre june 2010 applicants this whole process taking 24 to 28 months and in this time frame you can expect Medical and PPR request. ( CHC London statement is false that they are taking 16 months for pre june 2010 applicants.)
Thanx Ali,inshallah we all will get medicals and ppr soon :)

Hi,
Same here also.
Address missing.
Rest "IN PROCESS" same as RBVO since Feb 1st week.
Do let me know if any changes in details or address come back.
I believe that before the last day of this month all of march'10 FTD will get their medicals, because it would be 1 full year after FTD and that is too long period compared to what was mentioned.
Let's see how it goes.
The time does not matter, but its the thoughts that harasses all of us. Its human psychology. After all we all are humans.
Good Luck,
Good time ahead wherever we all are.

Hi Qorax,
Thanks for your reply.
I applied in Feb,2010 and my FTD is march,2010 and full docs submitted in april, 2010.
I got In process with RBVO details in Feb,2011 and the processing started on 21/04/2011.
So do I have to count 6 months from 21/04/11 for MR, as u said that it could take about 6 months from the processing commencement.
Please elaborate.
Thanks.

Quarterly Administrative Data Release (Date Modified: 2011-06-24 )

The adjusted inventory level will be reported as of June 2011

Guidelines for applications submitted to visa offices prior to July 1, 2011

MI-3 does not apply to IIP applications received by visa offices prior to July 1, 2011. Applications submitted to visa offices prior to July 1, 2011 will be processed according to existing priorities. As per instructions issued in OB 252, visa offices should continue to process applications in a 2:1 case processing ratio—specifically two older cases submitted before June 26, 2010 to one case submitted on or after December 1, 2010.

I cant understand this.
To Whom they are giving visas ????
Inventory of post Feb 2008 and Post june 2010 applicants increased from 173050 to 176189 despite all of their new legislation.
Backlog reduced from 334,881 to 322,623 in 3 months. That means about 12000 applicants in first 3 months of 2011 got the Decision. IF they continue at this pace pre Feb Backlog will be finished by 2020.
