AoA All,

I have received the following reply from CHC London against my query of e-cas status changed to decision made. I guess its an error.

------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for your enquiry.

We regret that Ecas is experiencing technical difficulties and some files may incorrectly show that a decision is made on a filew hen in fact the application is still in process. The IT department at CIC in Ottawa is aware of the problem.

We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit (LIB)

Situation will be clear 15th march 2011.

Dear hamayun,

Rather than incurring heart disease by inordinately over worrying about your case of 2005, you'd better emphasize on improving your deplorably weak English. You are going to need it soon.

May be some other applicants will answer you about this question.

Dear Dr. Paro,

why are you worry, you have received 2nd AOR its mean your documents are in safe hand. You can check your ecas etc... even you can coordinate with CHC directly in case of any fraud (You can change your mailing address etc.). why you are worry?

Noranex is not a fraud. They are a member of law society.
I can see the name and his reg number on the link below
https://www.csic-scci.ca/find/details.html?cid=78286

I have not applied through Noranex but if you can answer some questions below I can give you some good advice.
1- Have you filled and signed the use of representative form and Noranex representative name is mentioned on the form or not.
2- Did they offer you some faster immigration by arranged employment offer. (It is not legal for a consultant to offer employment to clients)
3- Have you signed a formal client representative agreement with them including terms of payment and total payment.
4- Have you made all the payments or something is pending.
5- What address is written in you E Cas. Is it yours or Noranex office address.

If have a problem with the services than dont go CIC. They will not entertain such requests.
A complaint can be filed against the fraud representative in the law society or the regulatory body and the consultant may lose his membership in case of a proven fraud.

Beware of consultants with proven cases of negligence.
This means that all authorized consultants are not trust worthy as well.
