what kind off issue regarding female chekup?

Dear Staralihaider,
I asked you this question before about main applicant and spouse undergoing medicals in different countries, like principal in UK and spouse in Pakistan. You wrote back saying it was no problem and that the medical results could reach CHC London at different times and from DMPs in different countries. I went ahead and did my medical in UK today and the rest of my family is undergoing the medical in Pakistan tomorrow. I read somewhere now that it should not ideally be like this.
Have you sent your medicals from Pakistan? If so, how many days difference is there between you and your spouse's medical received in London? I am a little worried.

Dear khanbaba and discreet,
please see the link below and i have got the statement from the link...
**************
2.3 The “IMS Serial Number” and the “FOSS Client ID” boxes are normally blank as they are usually not known at the time the IMM 1017 or IMM 1017 EDE-EFE is issued to the applicant.

All those planning Meds in Lahore please see my experience.
We went to Ahsan Waheed Rathore, is not bad but they dont have a lady doctor and for examining female applicants, a women receptionist initially examines the female applicants and advises the Dr. , and Dr sahib can send you for a number of tests to clarify minor observations which a lady doctor would have ignored easily, this wastes time and money both, we are into this issue at the present (at least 20 days and many thousand rupees will be wasted).
Secondly he sends you to another place for having X-Rays done again a cost of Rs.800 each and wastage of several hours.
If you dont have a female applicant and also live close by, go to him there are no other issues.

I have received my second AOR in June ,11 and a new file number was given, but I cannot check my online status with the new file number even after 9 months, and instead my old file number is still opening with the same RBVO details. please advise...

In second AOR they have asked for any inquiry after 8 months, should I send the enquiry as its been 9 months from 2nd AOR and I sent my full docs in Jan,11.
