If rejection is on the basis of number of inquiries then it is total injustice. People will raise inquiry if they feel otherwise nobody has the time to put thier valuable time in writing emails.

You may be able to avoid unnecessary delays by:

* notifying the visa office of any changes to personal information on your application, such as your address, phone and fax numbers or a change in the makeup of your family

* avoiding repeated inquiries to the visa office.

Your application will be delayed if:

* there are criminal or security problems related to your application, or additional background checks are needed, or
* your family situation is not clear — reasons could include a divorce or an adoption that is not yet complete or child custody issues that have not been resolved, or
* the office processing your application has to consult with other CIC offices in Canada or abroad.

hi salman i would like to ask a question thah do u have any adabtibility point means any relatives in canada, plz answer

Thats just a status change
Now I am foreseeing that my immigration is gonna overlap my marriage in OCT-NOV 2012.
So it will be delayed probably because I will prefer to go with my spouse.

Congrats man, you got this staus right after 27months since u sent very first application to CIC? am I right - should others think the same for their cases , i mean 27months time from very first app to Nova Scotia to IP with processing date?

did someone have any idea what is the difference in file transfer dates? like some file are transferred to LVO on 30 June 2010 and some are on 27 July 2010.

But in my case file transfer date is JANUARY 27th 2011... does it really makes the difference? and any clue what was the reason of making it delay?

your education would give you 20 points and not 22 but you will still score 67 so you are ok

Education = 20 points - 4 Years Engineering Degree

Dear you are wrong. Check carefully the following link.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor's level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. 20 points

Example 2: If you have a three- or four-year bachelor's degree, and at least 14 years of education, award yourself 20 points.

So

14 years Bachelor degree BA, BSc, BCom = 20 points
16 years Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, BCS etc = 20 points

You have a master's degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. 25 points

Master degree or PHD = 25 points

Example 1: If you have a master's degree but have completed only 15 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points.

Hello everybody,

I noticed today that they have added the following line in my E-status,

'Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 3, 2012'.

Has anyone some idea what does this mean?

I sent full documents to London in April 2010, as can be seen in the list maintained by Mr. Sattar Ali.

@ staralihaider i PM you bro plz reply as soon as u see, will be thankful
