yes , I got refusal after DM , then i sent them reconsidration letter they accepted my appeal and sent me
email about miss calculation in my exp points after 3 days of receiving mail my online status changed from DM
to in-process.

wait for 3 to 4 days inshaallah ur DM will be changed into in-process

All feb/March/April 2012 applicants still waiting for PPR1 and medical received line.
I think VO will start sending PPR1 from jully 2012 to sep 2012.

If I would be a VO ,I w'd have send PPR1 and PPR2 to all of you to make a space for those deleted in your list .Besides they are still in the que

In the list 45 Applicants still waiting for Medical Received line in ecase status and also waiting for PPR1.

Those who submitted medicals in Feb 2012, now they have completed there 4 months.
Those who submitted medicals in March 2012 they will complete 4 months in July 2012.

Now it means CHC london will take above than 4 months for issue PPR1.

Then? if miscalculation of points, you have a very strong chance for acceptance of reconsideration request...

You may receive the response within 03 weeks to a month....

Thanks. Why do you think the PPRs will be sent July to September? I mean, do you have a solid assumption or a source? I do hope you are right! We don't want to wait another year, certainly.

For pre june 2010 applicants (38 occupations)

After medicals done mostly applicants got PPR request in minimum 3 to 7 months and in rare cases maximum 15 months.

I have also forwarded the same on 9th June...... and I also not got any reply.... don't worry. I saw in forums they replied and considered the cases related to Miscalculation of points but they take more then a month for reply or you can say mostly more then 2 months... please share what is the reason of your refusal. JD Mismatch or Miscalculation of Points
