You need to send following documents to VO.
1- First of all inform the CHC ASAP. They will reply you within 15 days. You will receive an automated reply.
2- In the meantime apply for her passport [Go for urgent one].
3- Change of her ID card. Sir name would be changed [husband name instead of father name].
4- Cover letter [explaining the situation and why to make amendments in the forms].
5- Copy of wife's passport [Bio Data Page].
6- Orinal Nikah Nama with notarized english translation.
7- ID card copy with notarized english translation.
8- Update all those forms which required spouse information.
9- wedding photographs.
10- Her original degree transcripts in university sealed envelope with notarized copies of degrees, matric and other
Certificate.
11- If she is working, her up to date reference letter with job duties, notarized appointment/contract letter.

Hi all,

I got a problem. Actually, My Office location is changed to another plaza. As it is a small IT company, the management has decided to close down all of land-line/telephone numbers and to convert the system to Vifi or mobile something. Now, there would be no telephone numbers but the communication would be done by Mobile numbers.

What should I do now? I have given the Landline number of previous building (which is now changed).
Do immig officers call at Mobile numbers or they don't? or they just simply reject the case on this basis?

I am really worried.

Hi Waqas,

You should write to VO explaining the whole situation and mention the new operational telephone number of your HR / Line Manager who sign your employment documents for Canadian Immigration.

Hello everyone,

I've sent my documents to VO London on 17th July 2010 & reached there on 24th of the same month. But in August, they updated documents request with one more form regarding traveling information.

So should I send that form now or it is not required for applicants who sent their documents before August-2010 (as in London VO requirements document, it is written that it was updated in August-2010).

What's the suggestion.

Well Phdmaker that document is important and you should send it ASAP. Though the form was missing in the VO guide but was written in the guide to provide it. A lot of guys before from Pakistan got confused and didn't sent it, but they sent it later on when it appeared on CHC London checklist. Even I had a faced same problem but I downloaded it from CHC Paris and sent it with full docs. You should explain the situation in cover letter that why you were unable to send it before. Send it by post mail.
