Buffalo applicant got IN Process date today.

Well some hope from my side today and hopefully some other applicants will post good news like this, please share changes in u r app status. My status changed to inprocess somewhere in Feb, 2011 with RBVO details. The RBVO changed to inprocess details today


We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 15, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on December 22, 2009. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 25, 2011.

Now wait for months for next step

RBVO normally contains 4 lines, 5th one is added during "inprocess" status. Like the one added in my case today

Dear i think these IN process status are not errors , Now only those applicants are getting IN process who have got IN Process with same RBVO details, I think CHC'S are changing their work strategy. (CHC buffalo, CHC London, CHC delhi applicants facing same situation)

Now a days Ecase status working like this.

1.CIO
2.RBVO
3.IN PROCESS WITH RBVO
4.IN PROCESS WITH DATE
5.MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED
6.DECISION MADE.

Applicants that mostly belong to 2009 or before and those of Early 2010 are in getting In-Process Dates.. The rest of us for now are sitting idle & checking e-case multiple times a day, without any progress so far

agreed......and i think those with IN PROCESS with RBVO are the applicants picked up by CHC for processing and after IN PROCESS their b/ground checks commenced on and when they put PROCESSIND DATES in ecase with IN PROCESS then later on within 1 or 2 months they are getting Medicals request..

Hi,

I could not find any referenced info of 2010 although i do remember the Visa Target of London CHC being 11,000 for 2010. It may not be exact but somewhere close.

My 2nd AOR was dated 14/04/2011,
my new File no is still not opening ,when it will get fixed ?,however opening with old CIC File no, is anybody having the same problem?

My e-case status has changed to " in process". Previously it was "received by visa office". Inside details are the same as received by visa office.
Last week i received a reply of case specific inquiry from CHC London and today after a week my status has changed to in process.

Plz update my status in the list
