When you applied to Buffalo, was it a WP you applied for and was given a visa? No need to pay for the $150 (assuming you paid the $150 at Buffalo). Bring a copy of your LMO.

I am a contract worker working as a health care aide and then I applied outside Canada (Buffalo) for a work permit for live-in caregiver because that is the only way to become permanent resident.. Do I need to bring a letter of employment from my previous employer so the border officer would know that I am in Canada, that is why I am doing flagpole?

thank you again job_seeker

Bring your current WP and the contract for the new employer (LCP), and with your new TRV, you shouldn't be having a problem.

Write a letter and explain your omission of the information and how and why you forgot to include it. Is the PR app still in process?

50 business days :( I don't know if it was because of the postal strike...
Hey do you mean it took 50 working days to get the work permit?

Can you please share your application process time frame?(when you sent and when you received it?)

Thanks

Check the processing time. Some received responses to their PR applications after 4-6 years.

I submitted my application april 18 thru canada post xpresspost.. So i have a tracking number.. There were holidays so it look for them to received it.. They got my application 3rd week of april.. Because of the postal strike, i should've had my visa last week of june,, but i got it 2nd week of july... For the processing it took me 35 business days,, i got the computation wrong, it is not 50 days..
