On of the most fake job letters I have ever read. Too good to be true. No employer is giving you housing, telephone, transport, one month leave, airfare and education expenses. If this were true, Canadians would be applying for the job. Public School is free and not sure what private school there is in Banff.

No employer can post a "after tax" income. Tax calculation is complex. It depends on many things.
That's a big red flag to start with.
School fees don't exist in Canada. Most people go to public school which is free. Very few people after working for decades for a company may get a month of vacation. And letting you to take 3 months of vacation in one go?!! Who uses the term "encashment"??
