* Performance Bonuses: Up to three percent of your monthly net salary, paid quarterly

breakdown of your job duties and responsibilities will be discussed with you during the

be conducting a seminar for all foreign/international employees joining our services to
enlighten them know more about our company, their job profile, and to enable every
employee get to know each other.
• Work Schedule: Zop Construction Group Company’s policies on standard hours,
overtime and compensatory time apply to this position; the standard hours of work for
the employee are 40 hours per week. The employee will be compensated for work time
that exceeds standard hours at a rate of 1.5 times their regular hourly rate provided that
overtime work is approved in advance by employer, salary and contract period shall also
be liable to increments with time and employee’s official promotions and position in
service.
• Contract Duration: 3 Years (Renewable)
• Benefits: Zop Construction Group Management Canada will provide
standard benefits for salaried-exempt employees, including the following:
o 401(k) retirement saving account ~
o Child day-care assistance ~
o Health, dental, life and disability insurance ~
o Sick leave ~
o Vacation and personal days: Zop Construction Group Canada have 35 working days
annual leave which is additional to public/religious holidays and sick leaves and can be

refundable agent and registration fee for security deposit to the appointed agent to
assure us that you will not disappoint us after we pay for your visa and flight ticket to
Canada. Zop Construction Group Management Canada will immediately pay for your
Visa fee including for your family visa fee if you are coming with the members of your

It’s a scam so you need to do nothing, do not share any documents or pay any money. Even the internet domain was only set up on 11/30 which Is often an indicator,
