What’s the validity of the visa? How many years?

Its until the expiry of the passport and max of 10 years.
There were two passports in the application.
For one, visa is valid for 4 years (until passport expiry) and the other 10 years (since it is a newly issued passport valid for 10years.)

I have a question if you can answer, what is a diff. between IRCC new and old portal? The old one asks for very less documentation? should I use old or new for faster and do you think old portal has more chance of acceptance?
