Outside of requesting that info via a support ticket, I don't think you can.

Our backgrounds are completed (no FP request) but we also did the test on 7 March, and it's not completed yet on the tracker.

I REALLY wanted to vote in this election, but if it's happening on April 28, that might not happen. Bummer.

Is your test updated / validated on tracker yet? I have the same test office and I had the same test window as you i.e. March 14 to April 12. I did the test on March 15

but my tracker still says "waiting on you"

I just got an updated for the test today! It shows completed!
