I called IRCC yesterday for an update since I did the test on March 15 and it still did not update on the tracker (invite came from MTL). I was surprised because the agent said your processing office is: Vancouver. All along, I had thought that test office, is the processing office, lol.
Is your test updated / validated on tracker yet? I have the same test office and I had the same test window as you i.e. March 14 to April 12. I did the test on March 15
Did your LPP update to complete? Our tests were mark completed on the same day but no update for me since then. I am seeing 2-3 applicants with later test dates got thier LPP done. Probably it's just Scarborough office that is doing LPP quickly.
No LPP is still not started. I believe LPPs are done with Vancouver (centrally). SCR is test office.
Thanks. Yes I get a feeling that the "Primary office" is Vancouver, after AOR from Sydney. Test and Oath are nearby local. Agent also said that usually the test invites come from applicant's local office. Then the file goes back for LPP to a Central office i.e. in your case: Vancouver. But for Oath again, the file is sent to the local office. So I believe, hmaster, you are accurate in your observations.
I had a question, which office is responsible for validating the test score?
For example, do I blame MTL (test invite) or Vancouver (VO) for this delay in test validation? the wait is beyond annoying
Same here test from SCR live near as well, but primary is Vancouver, for LPP - many other people I think are also in this situation from what I see above.
you are absolutely correct, this aligns with what I was told by the agent yesterday that the file can "bounce" between multiples offices, to better manage workload.
I feel LPP is looking slow sadly - at least for a lot of us with similar timeframes (compared to some who just race ahead as per tracker). Not sure how many days they take to start looking at it. "Not started" doesn't sound great.
Do you know what office did the LPP for your wife? LPP these days is different from Test office. Usually the call center staff know the answer if you ever inquired, but I don't think there is any official communication that states this.
