I just completed the oath, my ceremony took exactly 2 hours with 149 participants from 30 countries.

It was wonderful to look around and see people of so many backgrounds. We are ALL Canadians! What a wonderful feeling.

Hello - I did, got a ghost update yesterday following a passport request email 2 days before and a passport submission the day before yesterday, then LPP completed today morning. Below is my full timeline:

NOOOOOO WAYYYYY GUYYS I actually don’t believe it. I checked my status today really not expecting much and my LPP is now complete!! Done on the 27th and updated on the tracker today the 29th!! (Doing a little happy dance)

With each passing day, I am just getting more anxious and worried with the working style of Montreal Office......... its gonna be turning 4 months for me this week since I gave the test.....

Same here, for the Niagara office-- I think my application is technically "non-routine" since I needed to provide my fingerprints, so I'm afraid that is going to mean waiting 12+ months. It's coming up on 5 months since I passed my test and my background check was cleared.

Yeah it's been almost more than a month now since they received the FPs

From other thread , seems who ever their BG was pending since January 2023 , those are last year applicants, they got LPP and even oath in July , seems they move their LPP and Oath so fast once BG completed ,so you next (Feb) soon any day this month you already passing the six month period for Security clearance
please update us once you get BG completed , my BG started in March , so I guess have to wait till September ( 6 month )
