Is West and Vancouver two different offices? If so do you know where is West based on?

Both located in Vancouver but different offices? Or you mean emails with "West" is from Vancouver office?

It is my understanding that the RCMP is responsible for processing your fingerprints. The agency is simply collecting your fingerprints on behalf of RCMP. RCMP then forwards the results of your check to IRCC at the address indicated in your letter (which you would have provided to the agency).
Put another way:
1. The agency collects your fingerprints.
2. The agency shares your fingerprints with RCMP.
3. RCMP checks your prints against their database.
4. RCMP forwards the results to IRCC at the address you indicated to the agency.

I got oath invitation today morning.
My tracker updated to oath ceremony in progress on May 24.
My oath is scheduled for June 12.
Now last step to wait for oath instructions email.

My wife got oath invitation today for June 8th...she is a November applicant but her LPP got completed after me on May 18th....I am a January applicant and my LPP got completed on May 7th
