That is likely confirmation bias. Many others have tried the same thing, but didn't get the RFV/PPR. One can always try though.

I got a Ghost update on Friday I pray its a good sign. Tracker says we have received your documents and we are reviewing bla bla bla. I didnt send any document. My PVO is Etobicoke and SVO Accra. I can see you are inland, I am pnp outland. I pray I get something positive

Hi, Just wanted to Update. I got the PPR email same night (last Friday) after I messaged on this Forum. I guess this Forum turned out to be lucky for me 
My timeline:
FSW (outland) SINP-EE
SINP NOI: 17th Aug, 2022
SINP application submitted: 3rd Oct, 2023
SINP Nomination: 30th Oct, 2022
FSW ITA: 9th Nov, 2022
AOR: Jan 6th, 2023
Medical passed: 19th Jan,
Biometric updated: 19th Jan
Eligibility completed: 21st March
Background completed: 21st March
COPR number generated on tracker: 21st March
PPR: 1st September, 2023
We Submitted our passports on Monday. Let's see when does they come back. Best of Luck to everyone who are still waiting. I can understand how stressful it is to wait soo Long. Hope you guys get your golden Email soon.

If everything else is completed on your profile then I guess you will get the golden email in a day or two. I got the same update on the tracker on 30th August and got PPR email on first September. So i guess it's a good sign.
