Ya, there's an email address mentioned in the invite email. It's a weird long email address, I assume has something to do with routing in their application management system.

Congratulations Everyone, I also got the invitation email, I have a quick question and I will be grateful if anyone could answer it, the page numbers on my passport are in Arabic do I need to translate the Arabic numbers on the pages too? I don't mean the stamps just the page numbers on the passport. Thanks

I passed the test in Aug 21 from outside Canada after the approval of IRCC, on Aug 24th I had a ghost update in my profile but till now the status Citizenship Test is “in progress”, so what’s mean? Do you think that I have problem in my application?

I’ve been trying to take the test since my window started (a couple days ago), but I keep getting error message on the sign-in page saying I haven’t been invited to take the test based on their records. I emailed the Winnipeg office and the technical department team and they said to give it time.
What’s the point of scheduling the test window/date(s) if I can’t take it starting from that date? IRCC can be very frustrating at times smh.

Just FYI - I have sent a question via Webform and received a rather standard answer that probably indicates that more delays are possible .
Hopefully that is only related to the client support centre and not to agents working with cases but I am afraid that would be the case too.

· Clients who are submitting documents requested by one of our officers
· Changes in contact information
· Requests to withdraw an application or refunds
If your enquiry is NOT one of the priority enquiries listed above, you will not receive a reply.

Wrote my test from outside Canada on Aug 5,2021 and got the passport pages request on 10th Aug which I submitted on 15th Aug. And no update after that.
New tracker last updated July 28,2021.

ecas status - We sent you a notice on July 27, 2021 to appear and write the citizenship test on August 3, 2021 at 12:00 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
Is everything ok with my file. Let me know if anyone else has gone through the same situation
P:S: Earlier it was Waiting on you status on the top of page for the test in new tracker. that has gone.

I got the exact same automated response when i sent a webform. Hopefully the processing doesn't get delayed for too long.
I wrote my test on Aug 15th and my Citizenship Test was marked completed on Aug 17th. My spouse took the test on Aug 19th and her status was updated to completed on Aug 23rd. In most of the posts, I see the status is getting marked completed within 2-3 days. It doesn't mean your application has a problem, maybe the officer who is assigned your case has a little bit of backlog?
Also, I hope you informed CIC that you will be taking the test outside of Canada? This is mentioned in the instructions in the test invite mail.

Finally was able to sign in and take the test, I passed it!!
I actually was more excited getting the AOR (because I had to wait for so long) than I was passing the test. The invitation and passing the test didn’t really excite me much haha.
Hopefully they don’t make us wait another forever for citizenship ceremony
