I faced the same issue for last 2 days with no success. But dialed the Mumbai number this morning and it got connected. I guess you can try reaching that number after some time.

Options to select in IVR? as I am getting call disconnected automatically, with whatever option I select..

did it help calling the Mumbai Number ? All they say is if you have received Ref Number we will get back to you. Please wait for sometime. They do not have access to check the ticket or reference Number

Hello.

I had recieved my ITA for express entry by mid of December 2019 and submitted my profile on 11 Feb 2020.

Expected completion date was 6 months which turns out to be 11th August 2020 but nothing recieved till date.

As on today it's more than a year since my submission but no word recieved apart from regular automated message saying we do not require any additional information.

I also called help center to inquire and they responded that your file has been reviewed and no additional documents are required. Last decision is pending.

Can anybody guide me further if at all I am missing something?
