did it help calling the Mumbai Number ? All they say is if you have received Ref Number we will get back to you. Please wait for sometime. They do not have access to check the ticket or reference Number
I selected 1 for English 8 for biometric * for more options 3 for speaking to an agent. This is what I followed and spoke to an agent.
But the agent does not tell you anything other then to wait and you will get appointment?
Did they help you in any other way ?

‘My question is, is it not normal that I did not receive any Biometrics request for my wife? Or only the primary applicant biometrics is enough at this stage?

I got an appointment confirmation mail today for 3rd March in Bangalore, but wife's is still pending.
What does this change indicate?? Is it regarding the elegibility??Same thing for me

I had recieved my ITA for express entry by mid of December 2019 and submitted my profile on 11 Feb 2020.
Expected completion date was 6 months which turns out to be 11th August 2020 but nothing recieved till date.
As on today it's more than a year since my submission but no word recieved apart from regular automated message saying we do not require any additional information.
I also called help center to inquire and they responded that your file has been reviewed and no additional documents are required. Last decision is pending.
Can anybody guide me further if at all I am missing something?
