Oh thanks a lot .for your prompt reply. This means your elibility was under review maybe . Of you can send the initial assessment on eligibility from the case processing agent remarks I m.sure he.must have asked.for review. U can hide yr other details from.it.snd forward pls

This is tricky !
Suppose after PPR I get married and raise a web form, the ppr would be cancelled and then process for new person will begin.

Is there an option that I inform IRCC about new person, then land in Canada alone and then call her on visa ?

No. If your family composition changes, you have an obligation to inform IRCC. The COPR too has a question on it that asks whether your family composition has changed, and you will have to answer this at the port of entry. If you answer yes, you will not be admitted into Canada as a PR, as all family members have to be processed as per the IRPA before the application can be processed.

If your family composition changes post PPR and before landing, and you land without informing IRCC that your family composition has changed, that constitutes misrepresentation.

Same here. AOR March 2021. No updates. However, I am not going for upfront medicals, as I have been advised by many to not to do that. I am waiting for a request on my profile for that to happen

I would also suggest not to go for upfront
