Well this makes me a feel a bit better someone on here used a rep too. Did your rep forward the email with the AOR to you? I noticed your timeline so all that information you received your rep sends to you or do you check through ecas?

My problem is I do have anxiety and I also hate the feeling of being left out or behind when everyone is moving forward but you.

Yes my Rep forwards all emails he recieves from cic within the same day. Keeping checking with him seems annoyed him a little then I found this place. There are some other people using rep in this thread too. To me email gives more direct instructions than ECAS, which only shows brief progress.

Thank you rbbt0824 for the reassurance. Hopefully I'll hear from my rep sometime next week. The office is closed on the weekends. I have a feeling if I emailed him inquiring he would say he didn't receive anything which is why I wouldn't hear from him.

Applicants with reps cannot use GCKey/MyCIC only a rep can link an application but they do have access to ecas when they have an identification number.

I decided to look more on ecas for options and go through my application scan. I was able to look my application up by using the Receipt number from when my husband paid the $1040 fee. It shows my application is in progress and when I click on it it shows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 11, 2019.
   

At least I can see something. I'm assuming it would mention AOR in the steps if my application moved forward.

Me. Jan 11th here. I understand completely. Do you happen to have a copy of any receipts made on the Government of Canada website? That's how I was able to view mine on ecas.

Yes I tried with my receipt number but no luck
