If you check your GCKEY it’ll say Completed under biometrics.
I believe file transfer you receive an email? I didn’t. I just saw line 2 on ECAS saying we started processing your application on May 24th. So I called IRCC on Friday and they told me it was in Mississauga.

She doesn’t have a GCkey account. Also I am sure you would have gotten your DM last week itself next day when you saw the processing line 2 but just for your bio they put it on hold. Nevertheless, Golden email on its way.

7:55am EST usually a good time, and they will continue to say they're busy and hang up - you have to keep calling

Don’t be sorry for asking new questions. People will happily help. The best time would be to call them right when they open but keep in mind they wont answer anything related to your husband’s side of application since he is the Principal Applicant. He will have to call them himself from outside Canada. The number is
+1 613-944-4000. The only time they will release info related to his processing is if you are acting as his representative and filled the use of rep form with the application. If thats the case then call them at
1 888 242-2100.

I’ve called twice for different reasons and I found I have my luck when I call them at 1.30pm EST.
