Yes we had two ghost updates before the PPR came.... after the first one ECAS changed to "we started processing the app on...", and then a few days later another ghost update! So yes, something is happening!

Oohhhh awesome, hopefully!! How long after your last ghost update did you get PPR?
i am a january sponsoring my husband from kabul afghanistan they received my application janaur 3.2019 they send me medical and biometric he completed everything and it said mecial received on march 21st 2019 on ecas. how do i know he passed his medical? how long medical takes because its been a while worried help
Medical results received on ECAS means he passed. It does not show as Medical passed on ECAS. Do you not have a GCKey account?
I already told you that your husband has PASSED the medicals the day you saw the line ‘medical results have been received.’ on ECAS. If they needed any further medical tests to be done they would have informed you long back.
