Hi All,
Is there anyone here who got the file transfer but did not get an email. I remember one person mentioning it, but i believe they had a representative and email must have been received by their rep.
I am also waiting for file transfer, don't know how long I should wait before calling the call center. Medicals passed on 29th April. Hoping to hear on further movement.

My medical was passed on 28 march .
I didn recieve file transfer . As some of u should suggested to call ircc ..i did it today and I never got through an agent cuz of high number of call volume ..
But automated system said we are processing your background .. what does it mean ? Does it mean my file is transferred?

I haven’t received file transfer either, I called IRCC and all they told me is that I can already see on my GCkey and that my file is still in canada. That doesn’t help at all.

There’s no point in calling, I called yesterday as I still haven’t received file transfer and all the agent could tell me is what I could already see on my GCkey, and that my file is still in canada.. which doesn’t help because it could be at Mississauga.. so I guess we wait..

Medical was requested for my wife and it was done one month ago. Since that time we did not get any update.
1. If medical was requested and completed..Does it means we are ok?
2. How can I know if the SA was approved as it not appears on my wife account?

Check your ecas and under sponsor column if it says Decision made , you are good .

Yeah its hard without knowing whats going on. I send documents all the 3 ways and no acknowledgement of receipt. just when I uploaded doc on GCkey since then it says document uploaded. so I might call them too.


what is your online status? how did you submitted the documents? and can I have a no to call?

I did get an email for the webform I submitted. I too submitted my documents 3 ways.. gckey showed uploaded when I uploaded them on gckey. then I sent them an email, no confirmation for that, sent multiple webforms with uploads and got confirmation for all 3 webform requests last week.

I only emailed them as they mentioned it as fastest service .....I was thinking to upload via Webform as well but thought of checking with them first ....

I have not created any GEC Key Account

if email attachment is too big they might not receive it.. upload via webform and gckey if possible...
