No I'm not in Canada so the discontinuing of the telephone lines also has disturbed me. I can't get proper status from anyone. I emailed Erin today, let's see what he has to say.

Just finished talking to an agent. Found out that everything (criminality, eligibility and security) is passed. They have likewise received the ADR O submitted but waiting for the officer to check and trigger the ppr email. Thank God it’s all passed but when will we receive the ppr email, honestly don’t know. I’ve read in this forum and in group chats that it sometimes takes days, weeks and even months. Can’t really do anything about it. Just thankful that the hard part is over.

How many of us are still waiting for PPR?
AOR : 26th January

Couple of weeks back I got an ADR for travel history. I submitted the filled form in a couple of days. Since then there has me dead silence. I've seen people get PRs the very next day after submitting ADRs and I'm slowly getting more and more depressed. My additional document status remains in review stage along with everything else in my profile. Last I heard from goodale was that criminality was passed.
I don't know what to do.

Similar situation to you and the rest here .. I got a Ghost update on the deadline date of the ADR, I called two days after and I was told that Background check is at it's last stage (whatever that means).

It's quite difficult to keep waiting while nothing happens in our file

I can feel your pain. Waiting is really hard without any update. Luckier you, your file isn't in London visa office, as no updates for me since last May and I received just generic replies that background checks under process. No updates no details.. nothing at all.

Yes, I am kind of relieved knowing that the hard part is over.

I downloaded this app TextMe where you get a Canadian virtual number and called cic’s Canadian toll fee line. It’s +18882422100, if you want to give it a try. I had to pay for a minimal weekly subscription, though, but all good.

My medicals were expiring on 15th October and i just received a message yesterday that my application has been approved and they asked me if i can move before 29th November they can extend my medicals till then. Otherwise they would want me to give medicals again. I told them I'm all ready to move and got my PPR last night. Thank you all for being so motivating in this group!

Biometrics requested: 13th March

Does that mean you did your initial medical on 11/29/2018?
