What is the ghost update like I have checked and check again no changes whatsoever
Basically when you sign into you account, you see a profile update instead of submit. After you go to your application, Nothing changed. And you didn’t get an email for this update.

hello everyone,
Finally! After a long wait received my golden email this morning, keep the faith if you are still waiting. I never gave up and believed in the process because i knew i done everything that had been required. I live in Dallas, TX and will be moving to Toronto as soon as i get my passport back which i sent via FedEx today. Wish you all the best!
Timeline Details:
Visa Office: Sydney, Nova Scotia however was transfered to Montreal
AOR Received: 04/07/19
Med's Passed: 05/16/19
Biometrics Collection Letter: 05/16/19
Biometrics: 05/31/19
Online Profile Timeline completed: 10/07/19
Submitted multiple webforms, GCMS note requests keeping track of my application
Golden Email 11/06/20

GCMS notes didn’t really say much. I think things moved a bit slowly at the Visa Office. Based on the GCMS notes, I passed Eligibility Jan’20 and based on my profile my background check was completed in March 2020. I’ll assume the didn’t share the information till November because of COVID. There are quite a few people in similar situations. I hope that helps.
