This is what I could see.

On a balance of probabilities the offer of arranged employment is no longer valid as you are relocating and/or reporting to the US location and not working with the Canadian entity. As you must maintain the points on which you were invited and ranked (paragraph above) the points for arranged employment were adjusted according to Ministerial Instruction 29(3).

My application has been refused.

I worked in Canada and moved to USA but I have a valid job offer from my company which is also in Canada but still the application has been rejected. Please suggest and tell me the possible options I can have now re-initiate the application.. Please

I’m sorry to hear about this. But I got confused, if your work exp is eligible, why would they do this? Is it because claiming USA work exp as Canadian?

I see. Did u submit T4 or paystubs as supplemental documents? I suspect it maybe the Letter of Employment somehow makes them think it is an US company only. But why is it an offer letter instead of a letter of employment?

Oh! The employment bumped up your CRS significantly, without it an ITA would not have been issued. I think you can make a case for appeal for vetting of the offer of employment.

Ya, it is letter of employment and I submitted all the payslips. Could you please me if there any other alternate..Please help

It then comes to a sec question: which stream r u under? If CEC or FSW, I personally speculate that there is no limit about work location to claim Canadian work exp as long as ur pay is taxed by Canadian gov.

My VO is Ottawa. Does anyone know about the processing speed on Ottawa VO. My AOR is Jan 6.
Not sure why Ottawa applications getting delayed, as that is the only fast processing VO. Overall what I have observed is that Jan applications is on slow-footed.

Even for security clearance they take a month. There was one applicant who contacted cic after ghost update and got to know that his/her eligibility n criminality cleared and security not started. But after a month he/she received ppr.

So, all depends on representative who is processing the cases... Its strange that there is no such pattern.

Anyways, fingers crossed, Best wishes to everyone....!!!

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited you to apply for permanent resident status based on the qualifications you claimed in your Express Entry profile. In your Express Entry profile you indicated: Qualifying Offer of Arranged Employment with Company (Canada) Solutions NOC 2174.

There's this law firm based out in Toronto.
"If you are calling from North America you can call 1-855-886-8472 and Press 1 to speak with one of our intake associates."
Call them and explain your situation. Please be calm don't panic, don't rush.
PS I have no conflicts of interest with the firm.

You claimed 600 points. From your explanation you told IRCC that a company in Canada has offered to employ you, but I think you're also saying you're working for the same company based in the US. So how could you be offered an employment you already have.

It's best to calm down first. Relax. Don't take any decisions right now, as you're emotional and that won't augur well. Take deep breaths. Sleep. If you're married, have fun with the Mrs. Just relax
