You have have to match from 70% to 80% not lessGuys may I knw how much job duties and responsibilities should match with noc? I read I has to be 51% and above. Is it true? I knw the maximum it matches it's gud but is 51% gud?
This is not necessarily true. I have also heard that what matters is the lead statement and that your roles kind ties into it. The duties listed on the site just gives you a guide of what type of duties is expected. You have have to match from 70% to 80% not less
There have been examples ....many actually. So, it has not bearing with timeline. It is case by case rather than by timeline. Is it a myth or truth.
Some says that if you don't get rejection in the first two months, then most probably you are through?
Does anyone know someone who has got rejection after two months ?
Just wants to know.
Thanks
One way to look at it is from ADRs. ADRs can come anytime, if the ADRs are unsatisfactory, then rejection is imminent. But straight out, incomplete documentation (initiated early in the process) leads as the common cause of rejection/refusal.Is it a myth or truth.

I wouldn't worry much about that. Like its been said many times here, "you've done your part". The issue with employers can be frustrating, I'm from a 3rd world country, where any notion of travelling outside is met with hate and a predilection for impedance, just do what you must to prove you actually did the work you claim.Ok thanks.
I had issues getting reference letter from my employers. But the ADR that came on Mar 5 2019 requested from me, my canadian police clearance and biometrics from my wife in India. I provided both. Biometrics got updated on mar 18 2019 but since then there is no update. Even biometrics are not yet passed, its been a month now. Is there anything to worry ?
So true and you have put here it so well. If it helps you to progress, they will not help/do even what they are supposed to do. This is the reason why many of us who work hard, have talent and want to live by ethics are made frustrated and leave. That's the truth.I wouldn't worry much about that. Did you attach a LoE (Letter of Explanation)? We had the same problem with one of the employers and we just attached a LoE explaining why the employer refused to give a letter. Usually that works with the case officers.Hello
My employers didn't gave me the reference letter. I was working as an wireless network tech. So i attached my pay stubs, reference letter from one of my colleague, a letter from the employer that just states my position not the responsibilities, tax receipts.
I am worried if all this would be fine.

If the refusal was verbal, clarify everything in the LOE, but if you corresponded by email, it would strengthen your argument if you attached a copy of your employers refusal email.Did you attach a LoE (Letter of Explanation)? Yes i did. I attached a LOE, pay stubs, tax slips, letter from colleagues and a letter from my employers on the company letter head that states my position in the company (i got it to get health card in ontario).Did you attach a LoE (Letter of Explanation)?
