Hi This is not a reply to your post , I was struggling to mention my post . I have a question, I have seen lot of applicants with GCMS received and in their notes their is a note for review required on R10 for prior visa refusal to USA but have met with Eligibility , DO these applications take a lot of time to get processed. . Any Insights will be helpful .

I think I am being stuck in the same situation, I forgot to mention usa visa refusal and later informed them by web form. I don't know how long it would take me for this mistake :(

Hi ishausa, upon calling the CIC, got to know that the background check is in progress, so, my assumption is that it might be IP2. I might be wrong here. But again, the agent did not seem to clearly understand the query(about the progress bar) and he replied that usually, the applications take 6 months and that my application was on time being open with an officer; he was quite friendly and polite though.

I had paid the RPRF fees upfront. When do applicants usually get the request for the payment? After the biometrics?
The way I read it based on recent trend;
1. R10 completeness check = False IP2
2. Medical Passed
3. Biometrics done
4. Criminality passed = NA1
5. Eligibility check = IP1
6. Eligibility passed = NA2
7. Security check = IP2
8. Security cleared = NA3
9. PPR
10. CoPR.
It's just my opinion of how to look at the stages given current trends

Hey Guys,
Asking for a friend though since he applied for the PR.
Any one here received the RCMP Criminal Record Check request?
If yes, does that means, the medical is passed?
and if requested that means that once submitted the file processing time would be delayed?
also, if someone has done, can someone tell me what all steps needs to be done to get one?

Thanks and Regards

Do you know where is your VO?
CEC inlands are being processed in 5/6 months of AOR. You may just wait.
