oh :) thank you :)

So I have a few questions and hoping someone can help. I threw the old application away because we didnt get very far and got the new one.

1. What documents can I e-sign? Can the whole application be sent in?

2. For the required documents to be filled out does my spouse have to fill out the same forms I do like the IMM 5532? Why do the same form twice when we do it together?

3. What is the quickest way to get a work permit?

We received your application to sponsor Xxxxxxx on December 23, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 10, 2017.
We started processing your application on January 10, 2017.

We received xxxxxxxxxxxx application for permanent residence on December 23, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

My question is, it have ben more than two months and I didn't receive any email regarding teh SA
And i am a bit worried, also i tried to link my application and it keeps saying that based on your information we can't find your application.

Please help

Thanks

Some people don't get an email informing them of sponsor approval. Just keep checking e-CAS. I think they've been fairly good about updating it for most folks. I also had to wait a very long time for SA and it was nerve wracking! Stay positive. :)

If you're sponsoring a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child, I would recommend going through the guide IMM5289. To answer your questions:

1. You can't e-sign any of the documents. However, some of them have to be validated to generate a bar code page that should be included in the application. You have to send in a paper application by mail to Missisauga.

2. IMM 5532 should be filled out by the sponsor and principal applicant. Only one copy

3. That depends...

Thanks!! It helps a lot. So instead of filling out two IMM5532 then we should just do it together and send one copy. Thank you !!

And how about Imm1344? Do we (Sponsor & Applicant) have to fill out and send two forms copies of Imm1344?

IMM 1344 is for the Sponsor only.

App sent to V.O feb 21st and yesterday my wife received an e mail for being interviewed on may 16th. She was asked to present the annexe A and the 5669 form and more proofs of our relationships. We have tons of proofs but im worried about the fact that she hasnt received the letter for her medicals and the country criminal background yet. Is that normal?

Correct for schedule A, but for sending in the complete application there is nothing to e-sign
