Hello, Were from canada, I have my application too for my wife, but in our case the PCC AND SCHEDULE A was asked to submitt first and now we are waiting for my wife's medical request, did you get a request from CIC regarding with your PCC AND SCHEDULE A? Both his wife and my wife are live in Batangas. So CIC sent you an email not MVO right?

We only ask to submit schedule A but we had no request that's why I can't upload it on my CIC account. So I decided to upload it on the webform because it's almost the deadline. They only gave us 30 days. We just send the PCC upfront. I received the medical request from CIC before I sent my Schedule A and PCC. It was from CIC.

Not sure if anyone has answered your question. I am assuming you are in Canada and you need to submit your fingerprints. There are a number of fingerprint agencies around where you can go and have your fingerprints taken electronically. They wore it to RCMP and then send results to your desired address. Alternatively, I believe that any RCMP office will do them as well. If you have one around you try giving them a call. See if they have some express options seeing how a few days have elapsed already and you only get the 30 days to get them done and delivered.

Thanks for replying to my post.

My husband is the one the one who needs the FP and he lives in Mexico. We managed to get the set of FP and we sent them to our VO in Mexico. we had no clue on how to do it and My husband went to the Mexican police office and the say they could help us but only if we have the Canadian format printed because the one they have is for internal use only.
So I got the a Canadian Format for him and then he went back to the police office and they "helped" us with the ink and all that, then we sent the original set (April 10) to the Mexican VO by mail and also the lawyer sent them a scanned copy with the mail receipt.

And since no more updates or request or communication with them, so I guess is waiting time again.

Great information posted - It has really helped.

Can someone give a breakdown of what all the abbreviation means - getting a bit confused AO1 ect ect.

I sent my application in January
Received a letter on Feb 11 that file was received January 19, 2017

Received another letter Feb 17- requesting another Schedule A - I submitted Schedule A, police report and medical along with initial application to save time but GUESS NOT

Sent Schedule A via IRRC Webform - March 10
Then received another letter April 15 requesting Schedule A to be uploaded online- Really annoying as I feel like time is being wasted

April 18- received a letter that Schedule A has been accepted by responsible office.
About 30 mins later- received a letter saying- we verified information provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at a visa office outside Canada- Assuming that office is New Delhi

I have sent my husbands medical and all with the initial package- but online it all says under review, even the sponsor approval. No response given yet, any reason why? I see on here peoples medical and Sponsor Approval has been given a quick response, not sure why the delay

Anyone know what the next step is. Im glad after 3 months the file has left for Delhi after such delay- wish they would respond faster. I was told a 10 business day response but some question responses take 20plus days

Also will I receive a letter once an agent is assigned to my file? How long approx once the file reaches Delhi that something happens. Appreciate all the help in advance.

danawhitaker pointed out to me that DMs typically get sent out at the beginning of each month. You must've just missed the cutoff for this month, but expect to get a DM at the beginning of May!
