I don't usually comment on stuff like this but I agree with your comment . This just seems like some way of claiming welfare and not really marital issues , because the bigger concern here is how to collect the money . Appalling to say the least.

On that page where is has said uploaded , go to the bottom and click next It should prompt you through questions and fill everything and then it will say submit As of right now it has not submitted only uploaded . Do this ASAP and in your ecas it will show as additional documents uploaded.

They received mine within a week visa registered mail- i tracked it how ever received a letter from them about 20 days later that they received it hope that helps.
