even my wife's eCAS only shows 4 lines until Test date notification.

waiting for oath, its a month since test date and decision made.

hopefully oath comes quickly to put an end to this process.

So now two years enough to get citizenship if a student or worker already here in canada on temporary basis almost 2 to 3 years?

Hi 0Jenifer0, after you showed your PR cards, did officer took them from you or you still keep your cards with you?

Hi Franky772016,

The immig. officer just checked my PR card and gave it back to me. Since it was my first PR card and haven't expired yet till 2018. But the two women interviewed first before me they had renewed their PR card so the officer took their expired PR card and gave back their non-expires one. The officer told them they needed to surrender the expired one. She also explained to them that what they do of those expired PR card is that, they returned them back to Nova Scotia and shred them.

Congrats Jennifer.

Is it going to take long for my papers to be process cos I put it on my application to changed my last single name to my marriage last name? But I provided everything they need though. When they interviewed me after passing the test they didn't say anything about that. I'm just wondering maybe my citizenship will take a while because of that?

4 years back when I applied for PR i gave test for ILETS and as per CIC citizenship requirement although it is expired still it will work for me .
Question is for my spouse who did B. Tech (NOT from Canada),

so while applying for Citizenship Do i need to just submit her B. Tech certificate copy that itself will be enough as a Language proof or ONLY transcript is acceptable for proof of language?

I was looking into CIC website "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/CIT0002ETOC.asp#CIT0002E4"

Point 2 says :
"Proof of completion of a secondary or post-secondary program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, includes:
A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad."

So by reading it looks like Copy of certificate should also work and I don't need to visit her university for transcript. Is my understanding correct ?

Is any one sent copy of Graduation and it accepted ? please help me

Thanks in advance

I submitted the copy of the transcript from my university. It clearly states that the language in which the course is conducted is English. My application was accepted.
