I am new here. I want to share my timeline. I applied for citizenship on January 09/ 2017 application received on 16 IP January 25 request for fingerprint march 07 done on march 08 received latter for citizenship exam on April 11 my exam date was may 05 I passed my exam on may 05 now I am waiting for DM and my oath latter.

Hi, my sister and I went through the process through our degree and certificate attached on the application. But a separate document from our University was attached, clearly stating that all the courses we have finished to get the degree were all in English. I believe the document was called, "English as a medium of instructions."

It would be risky to just send your wife's diploma and TOR, as they may just not review it. When I reviewed my application package with an expert for Citizenship application, she mentioned that it should "explicitly say that English was the medium of language."

In process - Jan 31
Invitation to test - Feb 16
Test Date - Mar 16
DM - Mar 17
Waiting on my oath invitation letter?! :-[ :'(
Still no word! Oath dates are based on the day we applied or the date DM was made? or on test date? What's the criteria?
Our I.O. said between 1-2 months we would hear for oath! No Ecas update either, still stuck on point 4.

I received my Oath letter May 9, 2017 via mail. I'm going to the same place where I took my written test and interview in Mississauga office. But I'm from Toronto, it's ok no pressure. It's 9:00am though early bird.
