I'm also Sao Paulo VO.
As far as I know it's the date they start processing. When did they start processing your sponsor part? I always count from the date they started my husband application.

We have similar timelines.
We sent our application on January 19th, they started my husband part on February 29th. Started my application in SP on March 30th.

Nothing since then!

Hhmm, so why in the website they say they count the sponsor part in the processing time?

I rcvd the letter for my husband because I am the representative of him while he is working overseas. My visa office is Manila.
