PGR is the Mexican PCC.

It's not a typo lol.

MCVO requests this near the end of the process.

It's not possible to obtain until after your app is reviewed.

So provided all is good with the PCC it means app approved.. Btw congrats countrygal!

Ah ok, good news then overall!

Do you know how additional document requests work for MVO? We sent everything we thought was needed in the original application and got a generic looking AOR2 a few months ago. I've read from others that when MVO asked them for a specific document, it was sent as a PDF attachment, which we never received. The confusing thing though is that our, and I imagine maybe others, AOR2, had a list of about 5-6 things to send across, if not already sent, which is what makes it confusing.

If you sent everything listed and it's been 7 months I wouldn't worry too much about it ;)

I think a part of me is just stressing out about not receiving a request for additional documentation, especially when I think that if they want something and don't receive it, your app gets put aside. The other part of it is that I only assume based on reading doc requests from others that every doc request comes as a PDF.

:o Hopefully this process will end soon!

If you've linked your app to MyCIC all requests will go through there now.

We did, I'm just concerned about possible doc requests they might have wanted from the AOR2, prior to linking the account, which wouldn't appear, isn't it?

But if everything they mention is sent with the app or after the request then all is well.

That's what I'm also going by! Did you also receive a generic AOR2 that listed around 5-6 items to send if you haven't already done so, and with no PDF attachment?

nada, as in nothing. I didn't receive AOR2. I got gcms notes, which IamBule also did encourage me a couple weeks ago, since in GCMS notes, the ELLIGIBILITY part says, RECOMMENDED PASS and that in the notes it says, Marriage valid. :D

Well, I just noticed that my app is in the visa office when I saw that my ecas has third line which says we are processing blah blah march 29th blah blah.
So I guess ,that's aor 2 or me. Maybe the visa officer was just concentrated and fell inlove with our love story that started way back 2003 till now. :D
Or let's just assume that the craze in pokemon hits our visa officers, i hope pikachu and snorlax can be found only in our documents.

Have you ordered your GCMS notes?
We are going to order again our second notes since its' been two months already :)

That's good news; since we have similar timelines, I hope that by now they would have also reviewed our eligibility; went sent tons of proof and evidence of the genuineness of our relationship.

I recently wanted to order GCMS notes but found out that the sponsor needs to be in Canada in order to do so? I'm not, so therefore I couldn't order them.

No.

To send a request you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently in Canada.

Yeah, so doesn't apply to me. I'm a Canadian citizen, but I don't live in Canada. So I can't order them unfortunately.
