Yes I believe you need to create an account for MyCIC and you should be able to link it tomorrow hopefully.

MyCIC is basically like an ecas but more detailed and precise where you can link all your applications at the present and in the future. You have to make an account, either choose between GCkey or the sign-up partner (i'm not sure with exact name) to sign up.

I finally linked our application to mycic.
Everything seems ok except for the background check,they haven't even started.
I wonder how long it will take.

what did you put for how many family members are part of this application? I am the sponsor and my wife is the principal applicant. So we are not sure if it is 1 or 2 to put for the last question

Have they finished the eligibility check? I have a similar timeline to yours and wanted to see if eligibility is done yet.

Finally worked for me you are to put 2 if its sponser + applicant only!
