Amazing!! Congrats!! Was the sponsored person in Canada on a visitors visa? Just wondering as my wife and I want to go back to Canada (currently living in England) in September but if we don't have our DM at that time we just want to know what our options are :) congrats again!

Thanks!!

Yes she's been here on a visitors visa, they approved it on the basis of the PR application being filed, or so I'm told.

- we also just did a flagpole landing in Niagara Falls, was super quick, we crossed, turned around within the US border area and were with the immigration officer for maybe 30 minutes tops.

Best of luck to you!

Nothing since Ecas was updated saying PR application started processing on the 17th of March... Hopefully decisions will be made soon!

Doing a quick google search on ordering notes often I found the thread you were talking about I think.

So as you can see, it's not that they said they wont issue them continuously, it's that by the time he ordered them again they hadn't first processed his first request. Therefore, because two applications for the same request were in the system they only processed the first request.

Thanks ImABule! Good to know abt that
Can you please add your timeline on the spreadsheet under my signature if you have a chance?

My wife and me were extremely excited to read this morning that her sponsorship was approved with the Visa Office in Warsaw! It took 2 1/2 months from when her application was sent to Poland!

She will be coming in June after some affairs are taken care of. Very shocked on the speed of this! My wife is from Kazakhstan as well, and Russian nationality.

Took only 2 months from January to end of February for me to get approved as a sponsor, and 2 1/2 from March to May for approval for my wife!

So far this has been an extremely smooth process. Once she arrives in Canada, I will have her passport sent off to Ontario (She has a 7 Year Multi-entry Visitor Visa), and once returned we're flag polling to the US border and she will be landed. ;D ;D Have to do this due to wait times on exit visa in her country, other wise we will be past the Medical Due Date. :(

Has anyone else had fast times with Warsaw? I've seen online up to 4 months! We completed everything including my part in 4 1/2 months. :) :) :)

Can't wait for May 26 :'(

any update here guys
