hi, guys, i got both sponsor and permanent residence application both IN PROGRESS.

I got the SA1 (for sponsor) last week, but SA never showed up in the status.

Anybody got any idea?

SA doesn't show in the status I think.

1. We received XXXXXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on January 5, 2016.
2. We started processing null XXXXXXXXXC's application on March 15, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

No news since then. I'm waiting for them to ask for police clearance cuz according to the guide that's what one should do.

thanks, bud. you have 3 lines under applicant, that means AOR2. I only got 2 lines there, and I am waiting for my AOR2.

I only have 2 lines under applicant.... I got SA on Feb 26th.... So that means the visa office has not received my app?

That's strange because people who received their SA a month after mine have received AOR2 but not me? Also to add the same visa office as me as well....

Do you have the "We started processing xxxx's application on xxx 2016" line? I know a lot of people don't get their AOR 2 until months after SA.

Yes I have that line Aquakitty... It says " we started processing your application Feb 22nd" then I received AOR on Feb 23rd and SA Feb 26th

We have our SA on march 17 both SA and PA status was in process on march 18 but we only have 1 line iN PA side

Is that on the sponsor side or PA side?

The third line everyone talks about is the we started processing on xxxx under the PA side. For some people this is only their second line because the medical line is not there yet (either because they weren't done upfront or haven't been linked to your file yet). The important thing is you have that line on the PA side, not if it's your second or third line. However some visa offices are just slower at updating so I wouldn't worry yet.

I also have that line but no AOR2. Some visa offices never send AOR2 so think this means the same as getting AOR2.

I had the same two lines for 2 months after I got SA and my file was transferred to Ottawa. It was a long wait with no ecas updates. As long as it has started processing then you know it's at the VO. Ottawa doesn't usually send out AOR2.

I got my SA on the 8th of March. PA changed to in process after a week,and the line "we started processing.." were added after a week also. Just a waiting game for us cuz hubby just wants to wait for the medical request. We are hoping to hear something by next month.
