I dont have my OAR 2 yet, but when I checked my ECAS on the PR side it is "on process" & It was changed on 3 lines now. What does it means :-)

That’s AOR 2... because it means the VO has received your application.

Ohk..thank you for the response:-) ..Just wondering because I didnt received an email from CIC.
 
Just off phone with Lawyer , wanted to know what it meant that i diddnt receive AOR2 but when checked status online it said that
We received xxxxxxx xxxxx application for permanent residence on January 26, 2016.
We started processing xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx application on March 15, 2016.
Medical results have been received.
Was told thats all it will say and to keep in mind that CIC is still processing applications from 2011

Oh no..were in the same boat:-( meaning it takes more time to get DM.
 
not sure what DM is, All I know is Since Canada got a new PM ... he SAID shorter wait times for family unification .. I have been away from my children and grand children for over 2 years now as it is !!! Im beside myself
 
Just thought I'd let folks know I just got my Sponsorship Approval letter via e-mail today, our application was received Jan 22. I hope those of you who are still waiting hear soon.
 
seems waiting for the sponsorship approval letter , Is nothing compared to the wait we have waiting on PR approval or denial !!! I really thought We were getting close to getting home to Canada, I guess I was wrong :-[ AND CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS A DM

Yes! You got the SA and the files have been transferred to the local VO. Congratulations! Now it's just a waiting game. CIC will contact you directly if they need anything.
 
hi, guys, i got both sponsor and permanent residence application both IN PROGRESS.

I got the SA1 (for sponsor) last week, but SA never showed up in the status.

Anybody got any idea?
