Fee payment at financial institutions
If you do not wish to pay using the Internet, payment must be made at a financial institution in Canada. The financial institution will let you know what method of payment it accepts. There is no banking charge to pay at a financial institution.
Note The only acceptable forms of payment are on-line or through a financial institution in Canada. If you send any other form of payment your application will be returned.

Hey . I was asked to pay the RPRF yesterday, but it stated in the email "Please advise your sponsor to pay this fee in Canada ($490 Cdn). This payment cannot be accepted in the UK. We have an outside Canada application, of course, but they want us to pay it in Canada. What does it matter if it is paid online? And do I choose :
1. RPRF - Paying from inside Canada
or
2. RPRF - Paying from outside Canada
?
Also, what is a sponsorship kit?
