So... I did something I swore I wouldn't do.. I EMAILED CPP-O...
I couldn't help myself. I just wanted to make sure they at least HAD our application there in Ottawa. I got the following reply:
Dear Madam / Sir,
This is in response to your email (see below).
Your application is in process. No further action is required by you at this time.
An immigration officer will be in contact with you if any further correspondence is needed.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
For future reference, in all correspondence to our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth and file number.
Regards,
Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa
So... thoughts? Does this mean technically our status has moved from "Application Received" to "In Process" even though it still only says Application received in ECAS?

That's where I intend to move. I am from Northern Ireland and it feels very similar with the whole Celtic thing, except without a lot of the NI nonsense. Halifax is one of my favourite cities - good pubs serving great beer, good wine, great food, and some of the friendliest people you could hope to meet.nanediniz said:Anyone going to Nova Scotia? ;D I am and I've never been there.
