I'll be submitting my application on Monday (hopefully!) All I am waiting on is my marriage certificate. Got married in November - gosh it has taken long for this thing! The website says its in the mail but it said that as of January 18.

Almost everything else is ready. What did you guys do for interest earned? Did you just submit a bank printout?

I am sponsoring my American husband via an OUTLAND application.

Thank you for the info everyone. We are applying for Montreal, Filling up all those forms(federal) was a real challenge for our couple ! 6 hours filling the sponsored person questionnaires and adding stuff and arguying because we have different point of views on how we met and so on!!
It was really funny when you think about it.

Did my sponsorship application was taken care of fast compared to all of you ? or it's because I apply for QUEBEC?


PS. I already changed the city Kyiv is the real name and way to call the city. as Kiev the "old russian name" -I prefer Kyiv.

Jan. 2nd 2013: date they say they have received the application (courrier gave us in-time notifications on 3rd)
Jan. 22nd 2013: Received the confirmation email from CIC.
Jan. 23rd 2013 : Was accepted as a sponsor by CIC. & My wife perm. residential application was forwarded to Kyiv, Ukraine.

How amazing...! So the sponsorship approval only took 21 days since the CIC received your application!! I think that's rather fast! Congrats! ;D
