when kayo naka rcvd ng ganitong letter?...after ba ng PPR ng CEM or sa CIC-Miss. palang na application nyo (1st step)?...

Hi sis, my hubby got this email sa 1st stage pa lang (Sponsor's Approval), but ok na nakita nila yung affidavit na kasama ng application namin kaya approve na si hubby to sponsor me.

hey guys..i'm so scared now..I just discovered we made a mistake on my wife's Schedule A form..On question 6. d.) we answered no but it should be yes because my wife was refused a visitor visa in the past. we went through it so quick, the questions in that section was all on crime and serious offences so we missed it and wrote no for everything..

i told my wife to send a new schedule A and letter explaining to CEM today and i hope they will understand and not refuse us...i feel sick to my stomach..

I read your post in the other thread. The advise they gave you is right, send a new form and an explanation right away to CEM. Don't worry, just explain to them it was an honest mistake. I think they wouldnt refuse you for that , especially if you were willing to correct your mistake.

thanks peli, i hope you're right and everything will be ok..if not i will have to quit my job and move to the philippines to be with my wife *sigh* and we don't want to do that.. :'(

that's my fear too, that if by any remote chance that we will be refused, I'd have to give up the good life here in Canada and move back to the Philippines to be with my husband. I mean, I love Pinas, but we already have our minds made up to build our future in Canada.. sigh... Anyways, be strong, everything will be fine! =)

medyo nag-die down na yung excitement ko sa Approval. sana may dumating ng ppr. everytime na uuwi ako, yung kuya sa lobby namin biglang tumatayo. akala ko may iaabot na envelope. yun pala isusulat lang yung time ng paguwi ko sa logbook. =(

I started this thread but I'm the last sa Sponsor Approval.. ohh life!
Sabi sa Cic call center, they received our app feb1 and started processing it May 2. Prang ung nklgay lng din sa ecas ko.. So no approval yet..

Hayyy di bale ladyR, you are last here but you will be among the firsts in Feb... Nabasa ko may Feb 17 na daw? napakaswerte naman nun.
Parating na yan ladyR, ganyan na ganyan din pakiramdam ko last week. (depressed, and then ako gumagawa ng spreadsheet pero ako na ung pinakamatagal ang sponsorship approval that time)
Just call and call CIC for updates. Tsaka sana magupdate na ung CIC website, kasi minsan sasabihin nila sa call centre na working on Feb 1 pa lang sila kaya wait ka lang. OK sana kung beyond Feb 1 na para may hold ka na dapat tapos na yung sayo.

My God! an hour and a half later the DHL office called me for asking where specifically my place in Cebu. I think I got my Visa already!!! wohooo!!! I was shaking and pretty excited, I could jump for joy! I couldnt explain how happy I am now. But the thing is an hour and a half later they stilll didnt found my place yet. I am getting worried about that now.


Anybody here please help me with these questions?
1.) Is it possible that the CEM is sending the VIsa together with my passport usng the DHL? Is it possible that its just a plain letter for another document request?

2.) If I get my visa what should I do before I travel?

3.) what should I do after I landed?

Please please anybody help me with these info's?
