Peli Peli!! my wife got her PPR today! yes!!! you were right, it just took longer because she lives in the province! we're sooo happy! the letter was dated May 7 and our file was received at CEM on May 2nd.

the letter ask for pictures but doesn't say how many, do you know how many pix she needs to send? are they like the immigration photo sizes?

hi Peli, not yet I'll tell her to go check today..Sarsicola's husband is also from Pangasinan and they got ppr already so we dont think its because of location..I'm extra worried because we also made a mistake on our schedule A form, we sent our a corrected form on May 11th about 10 days after CEM "should" have received our file..haay.. :-( do u what is their procedure on sending PPR's? do they read everything, do background check, all of that and then issue PPR or do they just check to make sure u have all required documents then send ppr?

hi Pen! sorry for the confusion but i am the applicant and i live in madnaluyong city, very near makati where the embassy is located that is why its quite fast to deliver. congratulations pen and to your wife.

hi Pen, our ppr letter does not also state how many pictures to send but i sent them 12 pcs which i think is enough. for the size, there is one page included in the letter for instructions on the dimensions of the picture. in my case, it is the same with the immigration pictures while for Peli Peli, i think in their case its different.

Hi xrozz, pag nareceive mo yung PR mo, may naka-indicate ng UCI number mo dun. By that time mo lang pwede ma-access yung ecas mo.


Yung mga pictures, chat history sa YM and Skype, pati yung mga na-print screen namen na fb status ang naibalik. Pati din pala yung mga receipts from Western Union. Sana mabilis nalang yung sainyo Sis. Yung sa pinsan ni hubby mejo late ng naipasa yung PP nya sa CEM pero in less than 3 weeks, binalik na din yung PP nya. Sana kayo din ganun kabilis.

@ xrozz, nakakaaccess na si hubby sa ecas using his UCI the day na narcv nya ung PPR
@ karlaf, sana nga, para mkahabaol si hubby ng July dito.. Canada day at 100 yrs ng stampede =) and of course bday ko =)

Sis peli and sarsi, congratz sa inyo yung saakin natrafic ata hehe. I visited our post ofice twice bt they dont have it yet. San fernando pampanga lng ako just an hour away from d metro. Dapat kc meron choice if gusto mo ipick up nlng un letter. Il be more than happy to do that. Lol. kesa mglakbay sya ng pgkatagal tagal sayang ang araw. Anyway sna pg uwi ko mamya meron na hehe.

Btw, dba mgkakaroon din tyo ng sariling ecas as applicant? When tyo pwede mka access nun?

try mo na din kahit wala pang ppr pero instead of the UCI number, use the Applciation number then type mo yung detail mos (last name, bday etc..) ginawa ko dati before lumabas lang name ko then in process lang nakalagay.

hi po! pwde po bah ako mag.join sa forum dito? im january applicant din po under spousal sponsorship..we submitted our application last january 16,2012 and our application received in missuaga last january 19, 2012..me and my husband was so frustrated because wala kami n.received any info from missuaga if ok na aplication nmin but then my husband called me that our application was ok and they sent it in CEM last march 29,2012..and last april 26,2012 may na received ako na urgent letter from CEM indicates appendix A and passport request. the letter dated april 13,2012 and application for permanent residence in CEM dated april 11, 2012..ask ko lang po ano po next step ko..thank u po...huhuhuhuhu nalilito na po ako dito...

hi maam sarsicola..yes po yun lang at n.send ko na po lahat na hinihingi nila kasama copy ng letter via air21..at n.check ko rin sa internet na ntanggap na nila ang passport ko..ang problema ko kung sino c rey cadano on 5-8-12 at 9:39am ask ko lang ko po f when can i receive new info from CEM regarding from my passport, at kung may visa na kaya? hehehehe grabe kinakabahan talaga ako kc before i read the letter i was on the plane at 1 week after saka ko pa nabasa yun..kaya hindi ko agad n.send ang documents they needed.. thanks for reading po..God Bless us all..

Hi. Try to check your ecas po kung may update na dun. And from tthere, magkakaidea ka kung ano na ngyayare sa passport mo. Pero never call CEM regarding your passport kasi madedelay yung mag-issue ng visa mo.

In my case, nagkaron ng home address ng hubby ko sa Canada yung ecas ko. It's a good sign kasi ibig sabihin na-issue na yung visa ko.Some cases naman may nakalagay na IN PROCESS.

Tama in my experience din ganun din ung address ko na change into my husband's address and then nkalagay IN PROCESS. It only took a week they sent e back my PP and our other docs after I sent their PPR. My VIsa was issued at May 8,2012 but I got it not until May 14,2012.
