for sponsorship application it's required to send the medical exam from the beginning to Missisauga; it is speeding the process for the long runBobbi said:Hi All!
I googled forums where I could find peoples stories, in regards to PR processing times. I am so relieved to see that I am not the only one going through this process I applied on January 23 to Mississauga's office. I am the sponsor and my husband's application will be going to Vienna. I am SO nervous, I go online everyday to check and see if our application is in CIC's system (fully knowing it is too early ).
I had a question about the Medical Exam...does the Consulate office call and request a medical exam? or does the person being sponsored arrange this with a designated physician in their appropriate country? Any information in regards to this topic would help! Thanks
welcome!!!! but this thread is not for inland we all go through Missisauga office not the Alberta one and the procedure is completely different; good luck!!DeporteQuestion1 said:I'll join this one. Inland app received at Verge ville, Alberta on January 2012.

My common law partner is an canadian, but have not live in Canada for the last 10 years. Due to his dad's work and study. He will not have medical insurance for the first 3 months. Does anybody have any suggestion of insurance for him and me as a visitor? We are planning to move back in late March this year.
Good luck to everyone here.
