ITA Work History Bug

I changed my Job title on one of my previous work and when I proceeded to the uploading of documents, I noticed that I only have one job. I tried deleting and adding one at a time and nothing happens. I thought I am the only one having this problem. Good thing I have checked the forum and found out about this. I am ready to submit my application but here comes this issue. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Same problem, no option available to upload previous work experience. Hope it gets resolved soon, emedicals done 2 days back, so dont want to wait too long for submitting file. What option do we have if the problem continues?

Hey kravichinnu, I've just logged in and I'm still experiencing the same error with no fix. Good job emailing CIC, the more people that do that the more chance of them knowing about the issue. Unfortunately its impossible to tell how long it will tae them to fix it. I expect they will be looking into any errors after system maintenance as its a common thing in software development, new updates usually bring new bugs.

It is only Monday so give them a little time and they might have a fix done in the next couple of days

Thanks for letting me know Godweeno. Its just frustrating to have to have to wait when I finally gathered all the required documents but i guess I'll just have to

The problem is not just with work history, but also the documents to be uploaded for dependants. Some key sections have gone missing, everything but passport / id documents has simply vanished for dependants. I really do hope this issue is resolved soon. It could constitute a problem if not addressed, as applications may be rejected for lacking key information

Hi guys I have the same problem can not upload experience documents for previous jobs.

This is a much serious problem then just work history.

For dependents birth certificate and medical section has disappeared.

Those of us who have not submitted can still hope for a fix, but considering it is the same system for submitted apps, what will happen to people who have submitted complete applications and now these sections disappear. They may be at risk of rejections for missing docs.

I'm facing the same issue. I have reported it to CIC my clicking the 'SHARE IT WITH CIC' button on top of the application page.
Hope they fix it soon.

Try to change something for dependents information: high for example (+1sm). I did it and all checklist has been updated again - now it's incl birth cert and medical.

Its still showing same error... My entire work history is missing. I am not confident about should I add details and upload documents?? Has anyone tried doing it??

So dependent birth certificate and medical issue is resolved after I updated. It is showing now.

But the optional letter of explanation section has disappeared. Also on the employment documents, it just says employment records, the position name has disappeared. Originally it was showing the name of the first position.

Very confusing :-\
