Hi again everyone, like other's have posted I have clicked 'share it with CIC' above the documents checklist and described the issue I am facing with this. Try doing the same as it will better help identify the issues we are facing to the CIC. Don't panic though, all major systems like this experience glitches and they will get resolved, I'm sure they are already aware of it and working on a fix.

No.. only one place for all Ref Letters.
Disappeared National ID for me and my spouse...

I just checked my account and still no update. Still one position is shown with the first position name indicated. :-(

Hi Seniors/Asivad ,

I entered my kids information in Family information section properly.
(First child born in India Second child Born in Canada)

When I proceed to Permanent Residence Application section , Child informations are misplaced.My second child details are appeared inn First child form ( Like Name and Birth details - Those are uneditable items and system and prompts to Family information section). Header name details are appear properly. My second child informations are displayed properly .
Did anyone come across similar kind of issues ? Please help me how to resolve the same .

Navigate to the document upload page of your application. On the top of that page, there are various grey buttons. One of them says "Share with CIC".

I was wondering if there's anyway to reset the whole application and fill in all the details again? maybe that'll fix the problem? or am i just being super impatient?

Hey kravichinnu, I would give it a little bit of time first to let them fix the problem. I tried deleting my whole work history and then re-entering it exactly and it made no difference. This is more likely a system error that we cannot get around. If you can afford to wait then that would be my advice, they will most likely perform more maintenance to fix the issue.

So last few hours I've logged in several times. A few times I saw the LOE field appear and then it disappeared. Unless the system has taken a life of its own, It did seem like that they maybe working on the system as the upload fields kept changing.

So lets hope for this to be fixed in another day or two.

Is anybody here missing the employment records for a job that is part of their points and important for their profile? I am just wondering maybe the deleted employment files are for those jobs that are not point worthy.

I disagree with that, about job not being point worthy. However, I noticed that when I wanted to report the error message, the details of my application showed employment records without the job title, unlike in the upload screen. Could it be that they now want us to merge all work history documents as one, since it is all employment records anyway?

This is just my guess, let's hope they respond to the countless reports on this error
