If I already have a UCI because I did upfront medicals, can I create a tracker? Or just after they check my medicals? Thanks

@iSaidGoodDay , what does it mean if you see Final Decision on GCkey today Oct 31st but tracker hasn't been updated since, Oct 17th, Eligibility Not Started, and Background check in progress since then, did I fail any of the stages ?, haven't gotten an ADR or anything ?
You can expect your PPR before this weekend. GCKey with Final decision is usually PPR the same or next day. You can always get unlucky though, so...But hopefully, you'll get yours asap as that's the trend with GCKey final decision update.
So its just to wait for PPR, what other scenarios exist at the final decision stage, just trying to save my ass before they send me something nasty. Maybe I should just call IRCC today.
Call IRCC for sure and ask them if everything is done! Chances are that you can get your PPR before that! GCKey decision made can't happen before you get a PFL and fail to satisfy that PFL. So any decision in GCKey is a good decision.
