4 POINTS BUT THIS IELTS WILL NOT HELP TRY TO DO AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET L 7.5 R 6.5 W 6.5 S 6.5 THEN YOU AND GET IMMIGRATION TO CANADA NOW CANADA NEED PEOPLE WHO HAVE GOOD ENGLISH SO THINK AND DO IT

IELTS score has not changed. It is same as it was earlier.
New rule is, one has to submit a copy of IELTS score at time of application to CIC from 26th June onwards. Earlier one can submit application without IETS score.
